The weightlifting calculator to condition your ideal ratio for the classic lifts, based on your 1RM front squat or back squat. Your actual results may differ by 10-15%, but a large gap may be indicative of a relative weakness worth addressing.

The ROBI Points method is a calculation that allows you to compare individual Total results achieved in different Junior / Senior bodyweight categories. The score is based on the individual's Total result, their bodyweight category - but not the lifter's exact bodyweight - and the actual World Record in their class.

After opening the calculation page, Just follow those steps

  1. First, select from the tab menu which you want to calculate for weightlifting; "Ratios" or "ROBI".
  2. Then enter the value as per your calculation, like for calculate ratios enter the 1RM front squat or back squat value and to get ROBI score select the weightclass and enter total result value.
  3. The system will automatically calculate the result.
